Terms of Sale and Use

The offers

• The File: $550, one-time payment, per table. The current release in CSV + JSON, with data dictionary, changelog, and license.
• The Feed: $490 per year, per table. The File, plus change alerts sent at signing when a law changes, and a quarterly re-verification stamp.
• Pair Feed: $790 per year. The Feed for both tables.

Prices are as printed on the product pages at the time of purchase. Offers carry no subscription beyond the Feed’s stated annual term: a Feed year runs 12 months from purchase and renewal is a new purchase decision, not an automatic charge described anywhere else on this site.

The license governs the data

Use of any table is governed by the Single-Product End-User License that ships in the package: one named product or one organization’s internal work; no redistribution or public republication; data provided AS IS; liability capped at the fees paid in the preceding 12 months; corrections re-issued to every licensee of record. If these terms and the license ever differ, the license controls for the data itself.

Site use

Sample files are provided for evaluation of format and quality. Site copy, design, and sample files remain the property of CLEARDEAL LLC except where a license states otherwise.
