SINGLE-PRODUCT END-USER LICENSE — TablesByHand Regulatory Data
Release 2026.10

Licensor: CLEARDEAL LLC ("we", "us")
Licensee: the person or organization that purchased this data file
(the "Licensee").

1. GRANT. We grant the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license
   to use the data in this package (the "Data") inside ONE named product
   or in ONE organization's internal work. Name the product or
   organization in your purchase record; the grant covers that product
   or organization only.

2. WHAT IS NOT PERMITTED. The Licensee may not:
   (a) redistribute the Data, in whole or in part, in raw or
       substantially raw form;
   (b) resell, sublicense, rent, or lease the Data or access to it;
   (c) republish the table itself (or a substantial part of it) publicly,
       including posting the file, its rows, or a row-by-row copy on a
       public website, repository, or document;
   (d) use the Data in a second product or for a second organization
       without a further license.
   Summaries and commentary derived from the Data, in the Licensee's own
   words and not reproducing the table, are not restricted by this
   section.

3. REDISTRIBUTION / VAR. Redistribution, OEM, and value-added-reseller
   (VAR) rights are available on request — ask us. No price for those
   rights is stated here; terms are agreed in writing before any such
   use.

4. DATA PROVIDED "AS IS". THE DATA IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITH ALL FAULTS.
   WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY
   WARRANTY OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
   PURPOSE. Laws and agency rules change; a cell that was correct on its
   last_verified date may later change.

5. NOT LEGAL ADVICE. The Data is reference data, not legal advice. Before
   relying on any cell, verify it against the cited primary source (the
   statute, code section, or agency rule named in that row's citation
   fields).

6. LIABILITY CAP. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the
   Data or this license is capped at the fees the Licensee paid us for
   this Data in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect
   or consequential damages.

7. CORRECTION COMMITMENT. If we correct a cell, we will notify licensees
   of record and send the corrected file. Corrections are issued as a new
   release; the CHANGELOG.md in each release describes what changed.

8. FINGERPRINTING. Per-licensee copies of the Data may be fingerprinted
   (for example, a licensee identifier embedded in file metadata or
   formatting), so that an unauthorized copy can be traced to the copy
   it came from. Fingerprinting does not change any rule value.

9. TERMINATION. This license terminates automatically on breach of
   Section 2. On termination the Licensee must stop using the Data and
   delete its copies, except copies already embedded in a shipped
   product, which must not be updated from the Data after termination.
